Francisco was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where he attended Cathedral High School. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his Law Degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. He lives and works in San Antonio, Texas. His grandparents were born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States in the 1930’s where they settled in El Paso, Texas. This background provides Francisco with a deep personal connection to his immigration law practice. He has practiced immigration and naturalization law exclusively since 2007 and has worked hard on behalf of his clients from all over the world including countries such as Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Brazil, Venezuela, Ethiopia, Somalia, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and Spain. He has represented these clients in a wide variety of immigration matters from investor visas to defense from deportation to naturalization and has been successful in doing so. Francisco is fluent in English and Spanish.
